To reach this button, click anywhere in the Timeline View and then choose the Format Tab: There is no such a thing like Export Button but there is another one called Copy Timeline. You can Report to your Project Sponsor, Project Manager (if you are not one), Stakeholders, Managers, etc.

This will be a short one! After you have your Timeline ready, you should use it for reporting purposes in MS PROJECT 2010.
